Vacuum forming
Easiform Products currently have Four Vacuum forming machines. They are employed in a range of uses from large & small prototyping to regular customer production.
We produce items in a range of material thickness from .2mm up to 8mm on frame sizes up to 1.3mts x 1mt.

Fabrication
We work closely with a specialist material handling company giving us a variety of applications for our customers.
Our fabrication is undertaken in both boxes and pallets for "Multi trip packaging". Divider sets are "Flow welded" in polypropylene both removable and fixed. Supply is mainly to the Aerospace and automotive industry.
